SCAD offers a special scholarship opportunity for educators: If you are employed full-time when you apply to SCAD and teach at the kindergarten through university level at a public or private institution recognized by your state's Department of Education, you may be eligible to receive a scholarship for half the amount of SCAD's
tuition.
To be eligible, you must apply and be accepted to SCAD and provide proof of employment and good standing from your school administrator or human resources department. The scholarship is renewable, provided that the recipient remains a full-time, degree-seeking student in the chosen program and maintains a 3.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
