Gracie Coury lands position in Australia
Gracie Coury (B.F.A., interior design, 2008) accepted an interior design position with Artillery Interior Architecture, Melbourne, Australia.
Professor is delegate at leadership summit
Professor Crystal Weaver attended the DesignIntelligence Leadership Summit Sept. 30-Oct. 2 in Chicago, Illinois, where she participated as an invited delegate. She is a member of the Design Futures Council. One hundred delegates from the world's most influential AEC firms and related professions convened to identify change drivers, analyze emerging data, and explore innovation in sustainable design at this unique meeting, which is co-hosted by the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
CIDA approves interior design program
The Savannah College of Art and Design announces that its interior design program leading to the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (206 Grandville Ave., Suite 350, Grand Rapids, MI, 49503). CIDA’s accreditation affirms that SCAD’s interior design program meets the rigorous standards of CIDA and ensures that SCAD interior design graduates are prepared to enter professional practice.
