Student Life and Services

Students of all faiths have many opportunities for involvement in religious life. Student religious organizations include Christian Student Fellowship, LifeGROUPS/LateCHURCH, Hillel and Reformed University Fellowship. In addition, area congregations organize college ministries including opportunities for worship and fellowship, retreats, volunteer service and more.

Christian Student Fellowship

Christian Student Fellowship fosters a community of Christian love and encouragement at SCAD. CSF strives to provide a nurturing environment for discipling students who are seeking a deeper relationship with God by advancing the study of the Bible and providing students with local service opportunities and national and international mission experiences. CSF members support one another through prayer and outreach.

Adorations and Late Church

The Next Gen ministry of Savannah Christian Church, 55 Al Henderson Blvd., hosts Adorations, a 45-minute worship and prayer time every Thursday, 8:01 p.m. Free childcare and carpool options are available with advance registration at 912.921.1414. LateCHURCH happens Sundays, 11:01 a.m. and 7:01 p.m., at the Lucas Theatre, 32 Abercorn St.

The Next Gen ministry also offers LifeGROUPS, small groups that meet weekly to build spiritually nourishing friendships. Men's, women's and co-ed LifeGROUPS meet in Savannah, Pooler and Richmond Hill. They are free and open to the public, and carpool options are available. Hillel

SCAD Hillel is a local chapter of Hillel, an international movement promoting Jewish student life on college and university campuses worldwide. By combining social, religious and philanthropic events, the group strives to create a Jewish environment away from home.

Reformed University Fellowship

Reformed University Fellowship is a Christian ministry that seeks to strengthen Christian faith through Bible study, prayer, fellowship and service to the community. RUF is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church and meets weekly.

Wesley Fellowship

Wesley Fellowship provides opportunities to deepen and enrich faith experiences and relationships. The group prepares students for active lives of service and leadership in and through the church during and after their student lives. Wesley Fellowship is associated with Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church.
